Shipping & Delivery Policy

Getoday India Marketplace

At Getoday India, we aim to ensure that every order reaches customers quickly, safely, and transparently through our trusted delivery network.


1. Delivery & Shipping Partners

Orders placed on Getoday India are shipped using the most convenient and effective delivery method based on the product type, delivery location, and seller preference.

We work with multiple logistics partners, including but not limited to:

  • Getoday Fulfilment Services

  • DTDC

  • DHL

  • Delhivery

  • Trackon

  • India Post

  • Local and same-day delivery partners (where available)

Delivery availability, timelines, and speed may vary based on customer pincode. Some locations may not be eligible for same-day or next-day delivery.


2. Marketplace & Seller-Fulfilled Orders

  • If a product is sold by an independent seller on the Getoday marketplace, the seller has the right to choose the most suitable delivery partner.

  • All dispatched orders will include tracking details, which will be shared with the customer via email, SMS, or the order dashboard.

  • If a seller fails to dispatch an order within 48 hours from the order confirmation, the customer has the right to cancel the order and receive a full refund.


3. Dispatch Timelines & Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled easily before dispatch.

  • Once an order is dispatched, it is no longer eligible for easy cancellation.

  • After dispatch, cancellation requests will be treated as returns and will follow the return policy terms.


4. Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines vary depending on:

  • Customer location & pincode

  • Product category

  • Seller dispatch time

  • Courier partner performance

Estimated delivery dates are shared during checkout and in order confirmation but may vary due to operational or logistical constraints.


5. Returns & Eligibility

Free Returns are applicable only for the following reasons:

  • Item mismatch (wrong product delivered)

  • Missing parts or accessories

  • Damaged product at the time of delivery

For all other return reasons, return shipping charges will be borne by the customer, and a return shipping fee may be deducted from the refund.


6. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in resalable condition

  • All original tags, accessories, manuals, and packaging must be intact

  • Products returned without original tags or missing components will be ineligible for refunds


7. Return Window

  • A 10-day return window starts from the day of successful delivery

  • Return requests raised after this period will not be accepted


8. Non-Returnable Products

Certain product categories are not eligible for returns, including but not limited to:

  • Innerwear

  • Personal hygiene products

  • Items explicitly marked as Non-Returnable on the product page


9. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed only to the original payment method

  • Refunds will be initiated only after the returned product reaches the warehouse and passes quality checks

  • Once initiated, refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect in the customer’s bank account or card, depending on the payment provider
